Shipping costs for large items like furniture can become a significant part of the purchase expense. As such we make every effort to find you the lowest cost shipping. Actual shipping charges and transit times are based on the weight and size of the item, distance of the shipping and how remote the location is.
Fully inspect the furniture upon arrival and indicate on the shipper’s paper work any damages. If the entire shipment is damaged then refuse the shipment. If individual items are damaged then the shipping company will return those items and they will be replaced free of charge. Please contact us immediately to report any damage. We can’t promise to replace/repair damage claims made after the shipper leaves but we will make every effort to work with you to rectify any issues or problems.
Return Policy on Standard Items
Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 25% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund for furniture. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space where you are placing the furniture. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 7 days from the delivery date. Your payment will be refunded once we receive the returned item.
Return Policy on Custom Furniture
Please note that a custom order is an order that a customer requests a specific furniture option that is custom manufactured or specifically tailored for that customer's order. An example of a custom order is one in which a specific fabric option, metal option, wood option, or height option is selected as part of the customer's order. We do not provide a return policy for our custom furniture orders. All custom furniture sales are considered final and are neither returnable nor refundable.
Storage Policy
Once the customer is informed that the furniture is completed, the customer will have 30 days to pickup. If completed furniture is not picked up within the 30 days, the furniture will be subject to a $2.00 storage fee every day that it remains in our storage after the 30 days. If furniture needs to be held onto for more than 30 days when the furniture is completed, prior arrangements need to be made with the Sales Manager. Any furniture remaining in storage after 90 days will be sold and there will be no refunds.
